The Phobians have been without a substantive coach since parting ways with Dutchman Martinus Koopman.
Assistant Coach Abdul Rashid Bashiru was tasked to take temporary charge of the team “until further notice”.
The club is said to have had series of conversations with Hamza Mohammed.
Reports say he was billed to be in Accra Thursday, November 23 to finalize all documentations but has since gone blank.
Efforts to reach him by the management have proved futile, suggesting that he has changed his mind about coaching the former Ghana Premier League champions.
Hamza Mohammed is in the United Kingdom furthering the coaching education.
