Supporters of Accra Hearts of Oak have sacked their head coach, Slavko Matic from the training grounds of the club.
During a training session at Pobiman Friday morning, March 3, 2023, the agitated supporters stormed the field and ousted the coach off the premises.
According to reports, the supporters have registered their disappointment with the performance of the club to management especially with their home matches.

The fans who had threatened to carry out the act during the club’s encounter with arch-rivals Asante Kotoko on Sunday, March 5, couldn’t hold their patience when management sort to belittle their powers.
Management had earlier debunked the threats of the supporters in a statement released early this morning that the alleged reports from some media outlets that the fans have planned to sack the coach is not true.
The fans, who might have been angered by the statement went straight to the pitch and scattered the training.
The police had to intervene to avert the possibility of the action causing destruction at the scene.
