Ghana Premier League giants Hearts of Oak have rescheduled this year’s annual general meeting (AGM).

The AGM was scheduled to be held on Thursday, March 28 at the Civil Service Auditorium-Ministries as earlier announced.

But it has been rescheduled to Thursday, April 4.

“This development has been occasioned by circumstances beyond our control,” a release signed by management on Wednesday, March 27 said.

The venue will still remain the same and the time 9:00am.

Meanwhile, a new board has been unveiled for approval at the AGM.

The Executive Chairman of the board remains Togbe Afede XIV.

The members are Managing Director Delali Anku-Adiamah, Prof Agyeman Badu Akosa, Kwasi Agyeman and Ing. Dr Kenneth Ashigbey.

The others are Mrs Ivy Heward-Mills, Samuel Wilfred Yaw Nkum, Dr Nyaho Nyaho-Tamakloe and Vincent Odotei Sowah.
