Former Black Stars coach Maxwell Konadu has stopped short of commenting on the performance of national team coaches, saying it is not part of his style.
The Nsoatreman FC coach says he believes every coach has his style and must be given the free hands to operate.
The Black Meteors coach made this known in an exclusive interview on Onua FM on Monday, May 13.
He was speaking on the rising appointments of club coaches to handle national teams.

The Ghana Football Association (GFA) recently named some club coaches including Konadu to handle some newly created national teams.
For instance, Nations FC coach Kassim Mingle Ocansey was named the head coach of the U-16 coach while Dreams FC coach Abdul-Karim Zito was named to handle the U-19 side.
Maxwell Konadu said coaching a national team is fairly different from coaching clubs as one gets closer to club players than national team players.
He said the latter needs a lot of intense scouting.
“When you are doing club football, you are very close with the players,” he observed, “but with the national team, you move from center to center.
“If you are not open minded, you will choose players who are in and around your circles.”
