Black Stars midfielder Mohammed Kudus believes he has a lot more to offer his club, West Ham United.

He said these are beginning times for him and he is putting in the extra effort to be the best he can be for the club.

Kudus was speaking after scoring again for West Ham United in a 1-1 draw against Crystal Palace on Sunday, December 3.

The Ghanaian opened the scoring in the 13th minute but the goal was equalised by Palace’s Odsonne Edouard in the second half.

It was Mohammed Kudus’s 3rd goal in the English Premier League for the Hammers since joining from Ajax in August.

He praised his teammates for the goal with particular mention of Vladimir Coufal for the assist.

“It is always good to score early in the game to give the team the momentum and the energy, so it was good time for me to score and it was a beautiful assist from Vlad also,” he told the club.

He later said: “Credit to all the team, the team mates, the staff, player care and everyone around the club [who] helped me a lot to settle in quite well.

“I believe a lot in myself and also I am putting in effort every single day to be the best I can be. It is still the beginning for me and I feel there is a lot more I can offer so I just keep working day-in day-out to be the best for everyone.”
