Black Stars midfielder Mohammed Kudus will wear his favourite Number 20 shirt at Tottenham Hotspur after signing a long-term deal with the North London side.
Kudus wore this jersey number while at Ajax in the Dutch Eredivisie.
He, however, had to switch to No. 14 at West Ham United when he joined them in the English Premier League.
With a new deal secured on Thursday with the Europa League champions, the Ghanaian will wear his favourite jersey number to boot.
The No. 20 shirt is also worn by Kudus in the national team until the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifiers against Sudan and Niger in 2024 when he was handed No. 10 and made captain.
The Black Stars failed to win those games, missing out on the December continental showpiece.
He has since switched to the No. 20 shirt.
