The Deputy Minister of Lands and Natural Resources, George Mireku Duker, has sued the chief of Dompim-Pepesa, Nana Nyomwor Panyin IV, the Multimedia Group and the Class Media Group.
In a writ of summon sighted by OnuaOnline Monday, October 17, 2022, the Plaintiff says the second and third defendants granted their air space to the first defendant to accuse him of indulging in galamsey.
According to the writ, the words published by the second and third defendants are defamatory on the plaintiff, Mr. Mireku Duker.
