After serving at the assembly level for his people at aged 21, National Chairman for the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Johnson Asiedu Nketia, says he was recalled to represent them in Parliament when he was pursuing his career goals.
According to him, he had emerged top scholar in the country in a stock brokerage examination where some companies were planning to sponsor his education abroad.
But the NDC Chairman says that was the moment he sought to lead his constituents as a lawmaker. He says the emerging political parties then, –NPP and NDC –together with the CPP, all wanted him on their side to run on their party ticket especially when his family were affiliated across all three parties.
