Databank has asked all tertiary institutions with students whose fees are with them to grant them deadline extension for the payment of their fees.

In a letter written by the bank to institutions where students are affected, it says the country is facing macroeconomic challenges which is making it difficult for them to pay their customers who have issued withdrawal request for their monies.

Databank is therefore counting on these institutions to cooperate with them as they’re embarking on liquidities to make available some funds to defray their customers.
