The draw for the grand finale pairings in the Onua-GC Brand Community League was held on ‘Onua All Sports’ on Onua TV Monday night.
This followed the conclusion of the four zonal galas across the Greater Accra Region.
After the launch on Saturday, July 12 at the Mexico Park in Tema Community 2, the Onua-GC Brand Community League galas ended on Saturday, August 2 at the Tuba AstroTurf.
Two teams from each of the four zones made it for the grand finale, therefore entering the transparent bowls for the draw.
Led by Head of Station for Onua FM Emmanuel Efo Kwame Dzakpasu, the draw produced interesting pairings that await football fans at the La McDan Park on Sunday, August 10.
The first game will see Awoshie from Zone 4 facing off with Zone 2 qualifiers Adenta.
The second game will see Okaikwei North, who also made it from Zone 4 coming face-to-face with Adjiringanor.
The third match will involve Ashaiman Revelations from Zone 1 and La-Nkwantanang from Zone 3 with the final game between Korle Gonno and Tema Community 2.
The winner of Match 1 will face the winner of Match 3 in the semi-finals while the winner of Match 2 faces the winner of Match 4.
The grand finale will attract top dignitaries to the La McDan Park on Sunday, August 10.
Entertaining fans will be multiple award-winning artiste Stonebwoy.
