The second edition of Onua Thanksgiving Breakfast show comes off Friday, January 27, 2023, at the forecourt of Media General, Adesa We, Kanda.

The programme is scheduled to host many artistes across the country with hundreds of pastors, apostles, bishops and evangelists invited to grace the occasion.

It is the only programme that participants will be eating and praying at the same time amid live music from the seasoned musicians.

Speaking about the programme on Maakye Tuesday, January 24, 2022, host Captain Smart said “Friday is the first day the Heavens will kiss Ghana.”

He says the premises will be spiritually charged that nobody will go back the same as attended.

Mr. Smart explained the ministers present are going to form a circle at exactly 10:00 on the dot to call on the resurrection of the Christ.

That, he said, is what will break every yoke that accompanied anybody at the programme before departing.

He also said there will be chain of prayers for all the regions in Ghana, the three Arms of Government, the security agencies, Media General and other state institutions.

“We’ll do the first ever pastors’ circle at 10 am and evoke the dunamis –the power of the resurrection of Christ. Every salt that has lost its value will regain it after the circle. I will bring sand and well sprinkle it here. We’ll ask the enemy to pick them one after the other and see if they can. Just as God told Abraham that he will have many descendants, so would your lineage never cease to increase,” he was confident.

Some ministers that will grace the occasion on Friday include ACP Kofi Sarpong, Joyce Blessing, Obaapa Christy, Piesie Esther and Francis Amoh.

Others include Perez Musik, Charles Dei, Jayana, Rohmay, Naasei, Stella Aba Seal with Cece Twum and socialites Efya Odo and Akuapem Polloo among others, with Apostle Francis Amoako-Attah of the Lord’s Parliament Chapel giving the word of exaltation.

The Inspector General of Police, Dr. George Akuffo Dampare will also pass through, as well as many other surprises.

There is going to be variety of foods including Milo, tea, coffee, all with bread and fried egg, Tuo Zaafi, Waakye, Gari and beans (Gɔbɛ) and several other cuisines, just to mention but a few.

The event will be a scene to behold as the heavens will descend.
