Police are on a manhunt for a 30-year-old mason by name Shadrack a.k.a. Kwaata, for allegedly killing three people including his girlfriend and a two-week old baby at Asuoso in the Offinso North district of the Ashanti region.

The other victim is said to be the suspect’s 4-year-old stepson.

The suspect, Shadrack, according to the residents, murdered his girlfriend, Portia Yerebe, 25, and later poisoned the four-year-old Joseph Nti and the two-week old baby.

Reports indicate Kwaata carried the alleged act on Monday, January 29, 2024.

Residents claim Kwaata engaged in a scuffle with the girlfriend overnight and asked her to evacuate the house which she refused.

On Monday morning, mother of deceased Portia Yerebe visited the house to bath the new born baby but realised their door was locked.
