The Western North Regional Minister, Wilbert Petty Brentum, has been enstooled as Apagyahene of Sefwi Juaboso.
This honour was bestowed upon him during his visit to the palace of Nana Ehwiarmah II, the chief of Sefwi Juaboso, in the Juaboso district.
According to Nana Ehwiarmah II, Brentum has lived at Juaboso for many years and has significantly contributed to the development of the area. He previously served as the Assemblyman for Juaboso and has played a vital role in the community’s progress. The chief emphasized that Mr. Brentum truly deserves this recognition and should continue to contribute his leadership skills to the traditional council.
The Regional Minister expressed his deep gratitude to Nana Ehwiarmah II for the honour. He acknowledged that Juaboso has been his home for most of his life, and as such, he considers himself a true son of the land.
He assured the chief and the people of Juaboso that he remains committed to the development of the area. As Apagyahene, he pledged to support the palace in promoting justice, good governance, and progress in the community.
Mr. Brentum also humbly requested the chief’s blessings and prayers for strength and guidance as he takes on his new traditional role.
