Black Stars striker Antoine Selorm Semenyo has extended his contract with AFC Bournemouth.

Semenyo, who scored 11 goals last season, will stay with the Cherries until 2030.

The new five-year deal wards off any initial interests from Manchester United, Tottenham Hotspur and Liverpool.

The Ghanaian joined AFC Bournemouth in 2023 from Bristol City, where he went out on loan at three clubs including Sunderland.

He will, therefore, be playing his fourth season in the English Premier League with the Cherries.

Last season was the Ghanaian’s best, making 37 appearances, four more than the previous season.

He racked up 16 goal involvements.

He scored against Manchester City and Manchester United in that run.

This saw Andoni Iraola’s side place 9th on the 20-team log.
