Though some Ghanaian leaders are clueless, Prof. Ransford Gyampo thinks others are thriving on the ignorance of the masses to deny them the needed development.
Stating ignorance as part of the characteristics of a developing economy, the Political Science lecturer at the University of Ghana says political leaders are aware of such defect but refuse to better it despite their exposure to what goes on in other countries.
