Commuters who ply between Omandjo and Dwenewoho, all suburbs of the national capital, Accra, have to end their journey at one point and continue either by trekking or a motorbike.

This is due to the incompletion of a bridge that link the two communities.

Aside from the poor nature of the road, the bridge which was reconstructed by their Member of Parliament, Moses Anim, has been stopped, making the usage very difficult for them.

The Trobu Constituency where Moses Anim is the Legislator has poor road network which constituents have complained about for years.

Speaking with Onua TV/FM’s roving journalist, Regina Akua Sarpomaa on Maakye Wednesday, August 24, 2022, the residents demanded the MP to as a matter of urgency reinstate the bridge as it was, rather than leaving it in a state that has made it unmotorable.
