Apart from real SM fans who and a few others who understand the personality of Shatta Wale, many have tagged him disrespectful.
The artiste who says he is not disrespectful when he appeared on Onua TV’s morning show Thursday says he sometimes questions God why He still blesses him despite being tagged bad and arrogant.
“…And sometimes I stand in front the mirror and I ask God, God why am I so bad that you still give me money everyday? Because if I’m very bad and I don’t respect people, I’m not humble and I don’t live by the word of God you know, I don’t think I’d be living happily,” he quizzed.
The “On God” hitmaker said watching Captain Smart from afar reminds him of his father whose words of wisdom are akin to the broadcaster’s, the reason he couldn’t miss the opportunity for the invite.
“When you called me and I was like Captain Smart, this man, no I’ve to prepare and leave my apartment because it is an opportunity because I watch you from afar and the kind of things you say, those are the things my father used to tell me and those are wisdom words.
“Those are words that motivate people and if most of the youth would take this serious they can learn that and be yourself and know thyself spirit,” said Charles Nii Armah Mensah.
