Onua TV/FM’s morning show, ‘Maakye’ has released an exposé on how some health personnel are issuing Covid-19 vaccine cards to people who have not taken any jab.
Engineered by the Ugly Smart Investigation Team (U-SIT), misplaced Identity Cards of people were taken to some hospitals to request for the cards where monies were charged for issuance.
The team first visited the Mallam Atta Polyclinic in Accra where one Sandra Arhin Gati charged GH₵500.00 and issued a card to a team member.
The SDA Hospital and Afari Community Hospital in Kumasi were also visited afterwards.
Whilst a full documentary is going to be premiered on all Media General platforms, excerpts of some of the engagements between U-SIT and the health personnel involved were shown on Maakye Wednesday, June 22, 2022.
