Headmaster of Fijai Senior High School in the Western region has been interdicted by the Ghana Education Service.

According to a statement signed by the Head of Public Relations Unit of the Ghana Education Service, the headmaster is directed to hand over administration of the school to the Western region Director of Education since his interdiction takes immediate effect.

Reason for his interdiction is scanty but the GES has referred him to an investigative committee following an allegation of illegal fees collection in the school.
