Captain Smart has alleged that a certain businessman who deals in waste collection is attempting to bribe the 80 Majority MPs to back down on their call for the Finance Minister and his deputy’s resignation.
According to Captain Smart, the man attempted an earlier $100,000.00 each for the 80 legislators.
Speaking on Onua TV/FM’s Maakye Thursday, November 3, 2022, Mr. Smart indicated he was going to invoke a curse on any legislator that takes any money from the said bussinessman.
He advised the MPs to prioritise the interest of the state to carry on with their intention of ousting the minister for his unprecedented abysmal performance that has sunk the nation into a ditch.
The host of Maakye alleged further that the President wants his cousin to close the IMF so that his company would be awarded the 9% commission as financial advisors to the ministry.’
On his advice, Captain Smart told Ken Ofori-Atta to resign honourably.
He held waiting for the vote of censure by the Minority to msterialise would be an embarrassment that will daunt his image forever.
“Which businessman that is into garbage collection is lobbying the 80 MPs with $100k? Nobody should take that money.
“Nana Addo wants Ken to stay to get his 9% out of the $3billion. Ken should honourably resign because if Parliament’s process goes through, it’ll be a disgrace.
“I’ll bring schnapps and egg and soil in a tray here to come and invoke a curse. Anybody [MP] that’ll take money [bribe] from anyone would be cursed,” he assured.
