Yaa Prah fell was found in a pit latrine after going missing for three days.

Her neighbours said she told them she was going to market at Mankessim but didn’t return.

After three days inside the latrine, someone who went to use the facility heard her movement inside the pit and raised alarm for her retrieval.

She was sent to hospital for treatment since she could not speak after she was retrieved.

Few weeks after being discharged from the hospital, the chiefs and elders have banished her from the community on suspicions of witchcraft.

Onua News’ Nana Yaw Asare reports the elders have expressed shock over how she was able to enter the latrine hole which would be difficult for a little child to even permeate, let alone, surviving three days inside the pit.

According to the elders, only witch could survive such ordeal and they cannot stay with one.
