Vehicles moving from Ejisu, Duapompo, Konongo and those from Accra towards Kumasi had to endure several hours in the gridlock as the trailer was left in the middle of the road.

Some passengers and drivers who spoke to our news team lamented that it took more than five hours for police personnel to arrive at the scene.

They attributed the cause of the accident to the big potholes on the middle of the road.

They appealed to the Ministry of Roads and Highways to do something about the potholes on the road and also help dualize it to avert any disaster.
