Ghana have dropped a place from the 67th to the 68th position in the latest FIFA ranking released on Thursday, April 4.

This follows two major friendly games against Nigeria and Uganda in Marrakech, Morocco in March.

The team lost 1-2 to the Super Eagles in the first match and drew 2-2 with the Cranes in the second game at the Grande de Stade Marrakech.

Those were the first games for returnee coach Otto Addo.

Ghana lost 4.65 points on the rankings in the month under review.

They, however, remain 14th on the African continent.

Morocco top the ranking in Africa with Senegal, Nigeria, Egypt and Ivory Coast, in that order, completing the Top 5 on the continent.

Argentina continue to dominate the ranking with France closely following in second.

Belgium have leapfrogged England to the 3rd position. Brazil join them as the Top 5 footballing nations in the world currently.
