The Minister for Health, Kwabena Mintah Akandoh, has issued a stern warning to the contractor handling the Agenda 111 Hospital Project in the Bodi District of the Western North Region to return to site immediately or risk having the contract terminated.
The Minister delivered the warning during the official launch of the government’s Free Primary Healthcare Programme in the Bodi District.
Mr. Akandoh said government remains committed to completing the Agenda 111 hospital to improve access to quality healthcare for residents of the district.
He stressed that delays in the project are unacceptable and directed the contractor to resume work without further delay.
He noted that the completion of the hospital will complement the Free Primary Healthcare Programme by ensuring residents have access to modern healthcare services closer to their communities.
The Minister assured residents that government will take the necessary steps to ensure the project is completed to enhance healthcare delivery in the district.
