Shortlisted applicants of the ongoing security services recruitment will begin their medical screening on Tuesday, April 7, 2026.

The screening will occur at various designated places across the country, according to a statement issued by the Ministry of Interior.

Official SMS notifications, the statement added, will be issued to the prospective personnel between Sunday, March 29, and Tuesday, March 31, 2026, to have about a week-long preparation for the screening.

According to the statement, all official communications regarding the exercise will be sent exclusively from the authorised sender ID, “CSERP,” and urged applicants to disregard any messages arriving from other sources.

“Applicants are advised to take note that all messages regarding the screening will be sent exclusively from the authorised sender ID, ‘CSERP,'” portions of the statement read.

Also, there are outlined processes the applicants need to follow, per the Ministry’s statement, proceeding to the screening stage.

It further notes that applicants who have been selected for the next stage of the exercise will notice a change in their status on the online portal from “Qualified” to “Medical Screening” before being required to make any payment.

Payments, the Ministry stressed, are to be made only through the secure web checkout system on the portal, a caution that appears designed to guard against fraud.

The recruitment exercise, which falls under the Ministry of the Interior, covers security services under its supervision, including the Ghana National Fire Service, Ghana Police Service, Ghana Immigration Service and the Ghana Armed Forces.
