The Black Stars of Ghana have held their final training session ahead of their group opener with Portugal later today, Thursday, November 24, 2022.
With a high team spirit in camp and an anticipation of a positive result against a star-studded Portuguese side, Captain Andre Ayew is expected to lead the team on the field as Head Coach Otto Addo plays his first game as a coach in the greatest football event on the planet.

Meanwhile Thierry Nyann reporting from Qatar this morning said the morale in camp is positive.
“This is the first time I’ve followed the Black Stars without hearing any complaints in camp. Things have been well organised. There is so much unity in camp and so far the players have understood the task ahead and everyone is in his lane,” he stated.
