Ghana Premier League champions Bibiani Goldstars SC are reported to have offered a contract to Black Starlets Head Coach Dr Prosper Narteh Ogum in their search for a new coach.
The Miners sacked Coach Stephen Frimpong Manso immediately after their 2-0 home defeat to JS Kabylie in the preliminary round of the 2025/26 CAF Champions League.
No official reason was given for the decision as the club went into the return leg to concede five more goals, losing 7-0 on aggregate.

The one-time Ghana champions were handled by interim manager Nana Amankwah in the game at Hocine Aït Ahmed Stadium in Tizi Ouzou on Sunday, September 28.
They were reported to be in talks with Maxwell Konadu as Frimpong Manso’s replacement.
However, the talks are said to have broken down with the club now going for former Asante Kotoko gaffer Ogum.
Dr Ogum, who resigned as Head Coach of the Porcupine Warriors towards the end of last season, is currently in Yamoussoukro, La Cote d’Ivoire with the national men’s U-17 soccer team, the Black Starlets in a qualifying championship for next year’s U-17 AFCON.
A contract is said to have been sent to him for completion, after which confirmation will be made this week, barring any unforeseen changes.
