The Semi-finals of the 2025 Ghana’s Most Beautiful (GMB) was a night for the seven remaining contestants in this year’s pageant to justify their inclusion in the grand finale.

Folklore was the theme to celebrate the country’s rich and historical heritage.

Etornam from the Volta Region stole the show with her beautiful war dance called Atrikpui now Agbadza which has transformed into a celebration and the heartbeat of the Ewe people.

Her performance gave goosebumps to judges and audience earning her the Best Costume and Star Performance award and a seat in the grand finale.

This brings the total to twelve (12) nominations with six (6) Awards under her belt making her the highest award winner in this season.

Central Region’s, Afedziwa who came in as Nana Ayekra Adeboe, the first woman king of Denkyira, to honour the ancestral stool in strength and tradition failed to make it to the grand finale despite winning the most eloquent award.

She walks home with four awards and twelve nominations. Her votes could not give the judges a reason for her to be saved for the fifth time.

Afedziwa went home with Bono Region’s Yeli who demonstrated how the Dormaa carried the sacred flame through storms, hunger, and enemies which is still burning bright in the Kwafie Festival.

Etornam, Asakia, Sika, Nana and Adjorkor are set to battle it out on the grand finale scheduled for October 19th at the National Theatre for the coveted title as Ghana’s Most Beautiful 2025.

The big question is, would your favourite contestant win and are you voting for her? Time will tell.
