Black Stars and Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Mohammed Kudus is set to be on he sidelines for the next three months.
The Ghanaian will only make a return after the March international break.
These were disclosed by Spurs Manager Thomas Frank on Thursday.
“Mohammed Kudus unfortunately is a bigger one to the tendon in the quad,” he said.
“That is one where we expect him back after the March international break.”
Kudus lasted 19 minutes in Spurs’ 1-1 draw against Sunderland on Sunday.
His club is currently 14th on the 20-team table on 27 points with their next match against West Ham United.
