A 58-year-old deaf and dumb charcoal burner has been savagely murdered at Fetteh Kakraba in the Central Region.
The remains of the woman shows her throat was slashed with the head hanging loosely on the body, whilst her genitals were cut off.
She was murdered on her own farm where residents say she went to inspect her charcoal.
Eyewitnesses say the assailants forced the woman to urinate, cut off her throat sucked the blood before cutting off her genitals.
Eyewitness Abubakar Sulemana tells Onua News’ Nana Yaw Asare the body of the deceased was found at the Muslim cemetery where they went to weed.
Abubakar believed the murder was for ritual activities because similar incidents have been happening at the Muslim cemetery for some time now.
