COP Nathan Kofi Boakye, a former Ashanti Regional Police Commander once arrested Aisha Huang with three containers lloaded with guns and changfans whilst he was in Kumasi, Captain Smart has alleged.
He says Mr. Boakye was asked to release Aisha Huang through an order from above.
This he said is an indictment on the nation’s security considering how politicians have compromised the potency of Ghana’s security.
Following comments surrounding the arrest of galamsey queen, Aisha Huang, Captain Smart noted the Chinese woman was arrested upon a tip off by her Landlord and cousin.
“When Kofi Boakye arrested three containers with guns and changfan machines as then Ashanti Regional Police Commander, an order from above asked him to release her [Aisha Huang]. You can ask him, maybe he will not say it but he was asked to release her.
“The National Security did not arrest Aisha Huang. Her own sister and landlord exposed her for shortchanging him on the rent she was supposed to pay,” he revealed.
Speaking on his show, Maakye Monday, September 12, 2022, Captain Smart said “there is a serious and detrimental danger pending and this government is afraid due to how enlightened Ghanaians have become.”
“There is coming a day when you will ask for food and be given a cow dung. Water and urine. From now till 31st December, those who have stolen from the state will die miserably. You’re a minister, a young man and you have stolen state money and kept in your home. You’ll die young and leave it,” he ranted.
