Four persons have died on the spot while six are in critical condition after a tipper truck collided with a Ford transit passengers vehicle after the Awutu Bereku township on the Kasoa – Cape Coast highway.
The accident was between a tipper car with the Registration number GN 2820-21 and a Ford Transit passengers car with the registration number GG 5447-22.
One of the passengers who survived, Nii Armah revealed that, the driver of the tipper truck lost control of his steering and veered off his lane to crash their vehicle.
Nii Armah has been telling Onua News he suspects the driver of the tipper truck was dozing off aside from the fog which was very thick.
He said four persons died on the spot while the injured have been sent to the St. Gregory Hospital for treatment.
