The nomination which was supposed to be filed Monday, March 20, had to be postponed to today due to the ‘True State of the Nation Address’ the NDC presented.

Today’s exercise will give Mr. Mahama the opportunity to partake in the May 13 presidential primaries of the NDC.

The decision to postpone was a response to a request by the party.

The former President, however, ended his first phase tour of the Ashanti region yesterday.
