The Public Relations Officer of Charterhouse, organizers of the Telecel Ghana Music Awards (TGMA), Robert Klah, has responded to concerns raise by musician Sista Efia over her exclusion from announced nominations for this year’s awards.

For the beautiful Ghanaian musician, organisers of TGMA have intentionally been snubbing her since she started her music career. She even questions why her song, “Asuoden” was a big one in 2021, yet, received zero nominations.

“Have I offended anyone at the high table @Ghana Music Awards??” she asked. In response to this, Robert Klah stated, “once you are not there nu, it’s just means you didn’t make the cut”, making it clear to the musician and all others it may concern that only those who “make the cut” find themselves on the list.

Robert Klah made these statements during an interview with Nana Adwoa Annan, ONUA Entertainment Presenter

He assured her that “it’s just what it is” so it has nothing to do with her offending anyone or someone downplaying her efforts as she assumes.

Besides, he beseeched her to remain calm since there are some years she makes the cut and others don’t, and in other years, she does not make it but others do.
