Les Fauves of the Central African Republic have touched down in Accra en route to Kumasi ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifier on Monday, June 10.
The team arrived Friday morning, two days after securing a vital home win over Chad.
That 1-0 win saw the Wild Beast move up the Group I table.
They are currently 4th on the same points with Mali, whom they held at home in November last year.
They come to Ghana to play a side that just nicked a win in Bamako with an injury-time strike by Jordan Ayew.
A win for the Central Africans will see them – all things being equal – go top of the group while a win for Ghana will further lift their hopes of making a fifth appearance at the FIFA World Cup.
The Ghana-CAR game will be played at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium at 7:00pm.
