Ghana Premier League title contenders last season Nations FC have announced a decision to part ways with Head Coach Kassim Ocansey Mingle and Assistant Head Coach Johnson Smith.
“Nations FC have mutually parted ways with both Head Coach Kassim Ocansey Mingle and Assistant Coach Johnson Smith,” the club wrote on Sunday, a few hours after their 3-2 win over Eleven Wonders on Matchday 7.
Nations FC added: “We thank them for their service to the Club.
“The club will not make any further comment of this topic.”
It is unclear what triggered the decision as it comes after a win in the five-goal thriller in which they played with 10 men.
However, the Abrankese-based side has had a poor start to the 2025/26 season after coming close to winning the title in the last two seasons.
After eight games, they have won only two matches.
They have lost thrice including a 2-0 loss to struggling Dreams FC.

They currently lie 12th in the League with 8 points.
Their next game will be away to Bechem United on Friday, October 31.
