Libyan referee Mutaz Ibrahim has been appointed as the center official for the crucial Group B encounter between Ghana and Mozambique at the ongoing Africa Cup of Nations.

The 33-year-old will be assisted by Djibril Camara of Senegal and Abbes Akram Zerhouni of Algeria.

The Fourth Official will be Samuel Uwinkunda of Rwanda.

The crucial encounter on Monday night will see the winner qualify for the knock-out stage of the tournament, at least as one of the four best third-placed sides.

Ghana lost their opening match 1-2 to Cape Verde but recovered strongly to draw 2-2 with record champions Egypt.

The Mozambicans, on the other hand, drew by the same scoreline with the Pharaohs but were beaten 3-0 by the Blue Sharks, who became the first side to qualify to the Round of 16.

The match will kick off at 8:00pm at the Stade Olympique Alassane Ouattara D’Ebimpé in Abidjan.
