The Black Stars welcomed hundreds of fans to the Bryant University on Saturday, June 13 as the team held an open training ahead of their opening match at the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

The one-hour training session saw players wrap up with the signing of autographs as well as taking pictures with fans, among them children.

According to officials, this adds to the build-up to the game against Panama on Wednesday, June 17.

The team is expected to depart Rhode Island on Monday, June 15 for Toronto, where the game in Group L will be played.
