The Black Stars have returned to their base in the United States of America after their 1-0 win over Panama on Wednesday.
They made the journey on Thursday, barely 24 hours after the opening-day victory.
That game was played in Toronto, Canada.
The Black Stars, thus, return to their base in Rhode Island to continue preparations for their remaining Group L matches, which will be played in the US.
The team arrived in Massachusetts in the early hours of Thursday and moved straight to their team camp in Providence.
All the players except goalkeeper Lawrence Ati-Zigi, who picked up an injury in the 1-0 won over Panama, will hold a recovery training session at Bryant University.
They are expected to step up preparations for the game against the Three Lions, who thrashed Croatia 4-2 in their opener on Wednesday.
The match between Ghana and England will be played at the Boston Stadium on Tuesday, June 23.
