Black Stars Head Coach Otto Addo has released his squad for the friendly matches against Japan and South Korea.

The Stars take on the Samurai Blue in the Kirin Cup on Friday, November 14 before facing the Taegeuk Warriors on Tuesday to wrap up the 2025 calendar year.

Otto Addo’s latest squad is characterised by key absentees including Captain Jordan Ayew and his two deputies Thomas Teye Partey and Alexander Djiku.

Once-upon-a-time captain of the Black Stars Mohammed Kudus will also miss the games.

Receiving debut call-ups are Medeama SC and former Black Satellites player Kelvin Nkrumah, Prince Osei Owusu of CF Montreal and Prince Adu Kwabena of FC Viktoria Plzen.
