The Bafana Bafana of South Africa have invited the Black Stars to a friendly match on Tuesday, December 16.
This forms part of preparations of the 1996 champions for the upcoming Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) to be held in Morocco.
Hugo Broos’ side are preparing for the continental tournament, which begins Sunday, December 21 in Morocco.
The 2023 Bronze medallists will play against record champions Egypt, Angola and neighbours Zimbabwe in Group B.
The friendly in Gauteng is expected to be the final preparatory match for the Bafana Bafana before they travel to Morocco for the tournament.
Ghana will not be participating in this year’s edition after missing out to Angola and Sudan.
