Head Coach of Dreams FC Abdul Karim Zito says their objective on Sunday has been clearly spelt out and it is to qualify to the finals of the 2023/24 CAF Confederation Cup “at all cost”.

He noted that this thinking has been imparted into the playing body and all of the players are behaving accordingly.

Karim Zito made this known in an interview on Maakye Sports on Onua TV on Thursday, April 25.

He was speaking ahead of Sunday’s crucial second leg against Egyptian giants Zamalek SC.

The Ghanaian side held the five-time African champions to a goalless draw in their back yard last Sunday and Karim Zito says his charges are approaching the upcoming match differently.

“What we went to play [in Egypt] is a step to this Sunday’s game.

“Therefore, the approach [this time] should be different from the first leg and the attitude should be different. In fact, everything,” he told Alfred Takyi Mensah, adding that the players are making that reflect as he found them all eaten and ready Thursday morning when he woke up.

“So, you can see they are poised for the qualification we are all trying to make.

“The objective laid down for ourselves is to qualify at all cost and that attitude has been carried on to the boys and they are behaving accordingly.”
